The session will provide best practices for evidencing customer outcomes delivered, based on Protiviti’s experience of working with firms to implement and embed Consumer Duty. Protiviti will outline customer experience methodology and how Consumer Duty processes can be used not only to achieve compliance but be leveraged for improved customer experience.
