We offer a warm welcome for you to join our roundtable discussion around the topic “How to preserve the personal touch in an increasingly digital world”. This is a c-level event, where you will have the chance to, together with your peers, discuss and share experiences around topics like;

  • What is the right human touch?
  • How do you recognise services which customers are using that need human intervention?
  • How to improve the member experience, increase internal efficiency and secure compliance & security. 
  • How do you secure the right migration strategy? A balancing act between risk and pragmatism.

We are thrilled to present our special guests Robin Fieth, CEO of the BSA, Julian Wells, Director at Whitecap, Ben Nadel, Co-Founder at Woodhurst and Simon Roberts, Director at Accenture.

Following our discussion, a delicious lunch will be served at the renowned restaurant Angelica & Crafthouse.
